A/R: MCE CALLS FOR UNITY TO BREAK THE EIGHT(8)

The Acting MCE of Tafo-pankrono Constituency, Hon Fred Oben Owusu, says hard work remains the surest way the NPP can break the eight-year circle, and urged the party supporters to resolve grievances peacefully for the sake of unity.

He condemned instances where members chose to resolve complaints in the public instead of seeking redress within the internal structures of the party.

Speaking at Tafo during the annual delegates’ conference of NPP in the Tafo-pankrono Constituency on the theme: “Together we are all breaking the eight.”

Hon Fred Oben Owusu, encouraged party members to endeavour to do things that would help sustain the NPP administration beyond eight years of uninterrupted rule.

“We have to break the eight year jinx and President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government has made it easy for us to do so. What we have to do as polling station executives is to forge ahead in unity and concentrate on selling our achievements and ideals to the voting population,” he added.
