The Bone East Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Hon. Unas Owusu popularly know as Chairman Unasco has been honored by the Spotlight Ghana Awards as the Most Performing 2024 General Election Regional Chairman In The Country at a ceremony held in Kumasi Adum SSINT Conference Hall.
Mr. Samuel Mensah popularly know as Nana Nyarko who’s the CEO of Spotlight Ghana Awards under the Spotlight Event Center praised the Bono East Regional Chairman for his leadership skills since his election as the Bono East Regional of the NDC and the various roles he has played especially 2024 general election and also his consolidate peace, unity and stability in the NDC.
Mr. Samuel Mensah explained that a research conducted by the Spotlight Ghana Awards in all the sixteen (16) regions of Ghana, revealed that Chairman Unas Owusu is the Most Performing Regional Chairman who’s turned 11-1 Parliamentary seats against NDC to now 11-1 seats against NPP and also who visited all constituencies of the NDC in his Region to inspire and to motivate the grassroots workers of the party to continue to work hard.
This effort according to the Spotlight Ghana Awards places Chairman Unas Owusu over and above his colleagues in the country.
Stories reaching the Spotlight Ghana Awards from both party members and none party members also describe Chairman Unas Owusu popularly know as Chairman Unasco as a first-class generous man who freely and willingly gives his best to support mankind in cash and in-kind cross the entire region and beyond.
Receiving the award, Chairman Unas Owusu thanked the entire organizers of the Spotlight Ghana Awards for the recognition and stated that it was the best award he has received in a long time and promised to work hard to ensure that the NDC will maintain the eleven (11) seats and win the other one simple come next General Election without any court case.
