The managing director of Ghana Post Company Limited Mr. Bice Osei Kuffour has urged the people of Asante Akim South to support him on his appointment as Ghana Post Managing Director to deliver.
He made this appealed when addressing chiefs and elders at Juaso Ahenfie as part of the Ashanti region tour.
He stated that, Ghana Post is one of the oldest institutions in Ghana and therefore need a facelift to enable Ghanaians show much interest in their day to day activities.
The MD was of the view that, no institutions in the country has ever had the structures Ghana Post has at the moment so would do everything possible to restructure Ghana Post Company Limited to meet its international standard.
Mr. Bice Osei Kuffour further explain that, his outfit has introduced a product like E commerce which makes it easy for a customer to purchase any item online.
” Ghana Post will deliver any item shopped online at any place you maybe in Ghana at your doorstep” He retorted.
Mr. Kuffour commended staff and worker’sof Ghana Post in the Asante Akim and promised to renovate Juaso post office to lift the image of the town.
Akwamuhene of Juaso traditional council Nana Ototoatua thank the MD for his visit , promised their unflinching support in his quest to create good image for Ghana Post.
Nana Ototoatuo passionately caution him against complacency and urged him to employ the unemployed youth at Juaso as and when the need arises.
