Regions in Ghana and their population

There are sixteen (16) regions in Ghana and each of them have their population that differ from each other. Each region has it own population according to the 2021 population census, in this article an going to list them one by one. Without wasting much time let go straight to the main point.
1. Greater Accra region: 5,455,692.

2. Ashanti region: 5,440,463

3. Eastern region: 2,925,693.

4. Central region: 2,859,821.

5. Northern region: 2,310,939.

6. Western region: 2,060,585.

7. Volta region: 1,659,040.

8. Upper East region:1,302,226.

9. Bono region:1,208,649.

10. Bono East:1,203,400.

11. Upper West: 901,502.

12. Western North:880,921.

13. Oti region: 747,248.

14. North East region: 658,946.

15. Savannah region: 653,266.

16. Ahafo region: 564,668.

Therefore the total population is 30,832,019. The population of Ghana is really growing very high from year to year.
