PHG Foundation empowered over 50 women through digital marketing in Kente and Adinkra businesses

PHG Foundation Hub in support with GIZ has trained over 50 women through kente digital marketing to enhance SMEs in kente and Adinkra cloth businesses to help mitigate COVID-19 impact in the lives of some selected women in three communities includes, Amampe, Adanwomase and Bamang in the Ejisu municipality of Ashanti region.

The beneficiaries were trained on how to use mobile phones to market their kente products through social media apps platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, twirter and Instagram.

Speaking at the end of three months training workshop, the founder and program innovator for PHG Foundation Hub,Dr Michael Adusei Nsowah played emphasize on the need to empowered women who play center role of socio economic wellbeing in their families.

Some beneficiaries shared their benefits of the training workshop to the media by maintained that, the workshop had helped them to creates link in digital marketing.
