Kofi Adade Foundation Supports Students in Four MMDAs with Educational Materials

Kofi Adade, a former assembly member and senior reporter at Oyerepa 100.7 FM/TV in Kumasi, now the Executive Director of the Kofi Adade Foundation, has donated thousands of exercise books, pens, and pencils to students in ten schools across four assemblies in the Ashanti Region. The benefiting districts include Sekyere Kumawu, Sekyere East, Atwima Kwanwoma, and the Ejisu Municipality.

During the presentation, Hon. Kofi Adade emphasized the importance of extending the government’s Free SHS policy to basic schools, where many children face financial challenges that hinder their education.

Speaking on behalf of the students, Mr. Amos Berko, headmaster of Nsutam in the Sekyere East District, expressed profound gratitude to the foundation, noting that the donation would significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of education in the area.

Nana Kwaku Agyei Dwuma, the chief of Effiduase Nsutam, also praised Hon. Adade for his initiative and called on others to follow his example.
