The district chief executive for Sekyere Afram Plains district who double as parliamentary candidate for NPP, Hon Joseph Gyamfi Owusu, a.k.a Odenkyem has assured eligible voters in the constituency that, the district security council will ensure that, each and every citizen who have every right to vote on December 7 received maximum protection from security agencies will be deployed to the constituency to enable them come out to exercise their franchise.
He said, as the live of every citizen in the country is much concern, the DISEC has put up measures in place against anyone who may try to cause mayhem on the election day.
In his encounter with the media during the special voting held on December 1, 2020, at the district capital Drobonso, he expressed gratitude to the electoral commission for organized very smooth process which he thinks same must be apply on December 7 to help promote Ghanaian democracy.
He however appealed to the constituents to consider the good works continue doing for them and vote massively for president Akuffo Addo and him as member of parliament comes December 7.
