Government urges to empower Assemblies to rekindle spirit of communal labour to boost development- Adiembra hene

Nana Appiah Dankwah I ( Adiembra hene) who is also Dabehene of Nkawie Traditional Council in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality of the Ashanti region has made passionate appeal to the government to empower Metropolitan/ Municipal/ District Assemblies to rekindle spirit of communal labour to boost development as was done in the past.
According to Nana Appiah , in the olden days most of the communities used communal labour to build social amenities like: schools, hospitals, community centre to support the government development and it’s time we revisit that plans

Afterwards, on the role played by media in nation building commended them and urges them to be circumspect and professional in discharged of duties and appeal to the government to support them as they plays pivotal role in good governance
