“Electoral Disputes Will Strengthen Ghana’s Court System”- The Seer

A Ghanaian Base researcher in UK, Mr.Philip Attuah Ansah has noted that, election disputes pending before the Apex court of the country will indeed strengthen the country’s court system.

He disclosed this to Nandax Radio in Manchester, monitored by choicenewsonline.com

He noted” It’s true ,we are learning from the election disputes at court, some may argue it relevance but I understand it has thought us lessons”.

Moreover, Mr. Attuah was very optimistic that, this will also enhance and strengthen our legal system.

“I believe the election cases can strengthen our legal system, the youth who have interest to become lawyers can sit beside their televisions and learn something”.

“It’s very obvious, both political parties can understand themselves better after the ruling, I am with a firm believe that, supporters of the various parties cannot act unlawfully since they believe the outcome of the petition”, he emphasized.

The “Seer” as affectionately called narrated that, pre and post election violence must be a thing of the past .

“Election violence and chaos doesn’t bring development, it must be a thing of the past”, he reiterated.
