The chief of Nsutam in Effiduasi in the Sekyere East District of Ashanti Region Nana Kwaku Agyei Dwumah ll has advised newly 7 installed chiefs, to be a humble servant, piller of peace and unity ot your people, not a lord over them.
Nana Agyei Dwumah ll said to become a Chief or a leader is to be a servant of the people but not to lord over them, so they should have the heart and mindset of servanthood.
According to him, that would be the only way the new chief could become a good leader, and you can become a leader of great difference only if you humble yourself and learn from those ahead of you.
Nsutamhene edged the newly chiefs to be active participated to understand the culture values and ensure developmental projects agenda for their people’s as well through unity and humbleness.
Nana Agyei Dwumah ll tasked them to collaborate effectively and with their people to ensure peace, unity aims at developmental projects. A leader should be pace setters and serve as worth of emulation for their followers, consider yourselves fortunate and an opportunity to serve a Nsutaman with all deligence and humanity devoid of seeking your personal interests.
Nana Kwaku Agyei Dwumah ll made this statement at Nsutam when he installed 7 chiefs, and charge them to bring development that will elevate Nsutam, Effiduasi and Sekyere East District and Asanteman
The 7 chiefs are:
1. Kontihene – Nana Kofi Boakye
2. Nifahene – Nana Kwame Gyimah
3. Sanaahene – Nana Antwi Bosiako
4. Benkumhene – Nana Akwasi Adusei
5. Akwamuhene – Nana Kwame Antwi
6. Adontenhene – Nana Kwaku Adofo
7.Kyeame – Nana Kwaku Sarfo
On their part the newly Nifahene Nana Kwame Gyimah thanked Nsutamhene Nana Agyei Dwumah ll on behalf of colleagues for honor them and promised that they will follow the steps of the traditional and culture way to bring development and obedience to their head Nsutamhene and the people and follow the rules and regulations regards the stool and called for unity and hardwork among themselves.
