“It’s spiritual” – Aboboyaa knocks down 13-year-old boy in Anoe

Residents of Anoe in the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis are yet to come to terms with an incident which happened in the community on Wednesday, July 27.

A truck loaded with cement overturned blocking the main road completely with the driver sustaining some injuries.

A tricycle rider who was contracted to transport the cement offloaded from the truck also run into a store injuring a 13-year-old boy who is currently in critical condition.

While some residents think it’s just one of those accidents, others believe it’s spiritual.

They say it’s unreasonable that a truck fully loaded with cement overturns and a tricycle helping to offload also had an accident.

A resident speaking to Skyy News said the tricycle after being loaded with the cement set off at top speed, and the victim who was coming from the farm with firewood walking by the road was then knocked down and dragged to a nearby kiosk along the road.”

“The firewood reduced the magnitude of the impact on the victim, if not so, the accident would have been fatal, looking at how we get accidents on this road lately, we believe it is a result of spiritual effects and not normal.”

The victim sustained a head injury and was rushed to the hospital and is receiving treatment.
