Member of Parliament of Manso Nkwanta Constituency, Hon. George Obeng Takyi has donated some school uniforms and extra PPE to some selected schools in the constituency.
The presentation was meant to help stop the spread of the covid-19 virus in schools.
Hon. George Takyi together with DCE and party executives made the donation to fulfill the government agenda to protect both the students and the teachers in within the area.
The items are meant to facilitate effective teaching and learning in all beneficiary schools and also to ensure that children in schools are protected from Covid-19 as they pursue their education.
He used the opportunity to tour basic schools in the Constituency and also has engaged with headteachers and their staff to get first hand information especy on their challenges.
Mr. Takyi chargee them to adhere to all covid-19 safety protocols.
He therefore assured his readiness to monitor situations in schools in the Manso Nkwanta Constituency and pledge to ensure that our schools are safe for our children as they study.
