The Ashanti regional elections committee of the new patriotic party for the upcoming regional executives elections has given out new guidelines, moderates and date and venue for the election.
The chairman for the committee, Hon Simon Osei Mensah, said the contestants have opportunity to present ten(10) polling stations officers to support their activities.
According to him, the election has been postponed to Saturday,28, may 2022 and will be held at Baba Yara sports studium.
He sent strong warning to contestants not to paste their posters in and around the walls of the stadium as the order was given by national sports authority.
Responding to album, he said the committee has received list of only 44 out of 47 constituencies and yet to get the final album from national executives of the party.
He emphasized on security arrangements and media accreditation which will be ready for those who have applied.
