Food intake is a compulsory thing in human life as no one can ever live on thisearth without taking food. As we eat to survive, there are some effects that comes with each food we takes in. Either it being positive or negative, every food has its own and one needs to know for him or her to choose wisely when eating.

Many people choose to eat beans every day, as beans are a staple food in many cultures around the world. Beans is one of the most intake food in Ghana here as many our foods contains beans like Waakye, Rice and beans, Gob3 (Gari and Beans) which is very popular because of the low cost it comes with. Beans and some other legumes, such as peas and lentils, have a reputation for causing gas. Beans contain high amounts of a complex sugar called raffinose, which the body has trouble breaking down. Beans are also rich in fiber, and a high intake of fiber can increase gassiness.
