Sprouting Hope Ministry holds moral counselling sessions for Adentia M/A JHS Pupils

The Founder of Sprouting Hope Ministry, Rev. Esther Akua Kunadu Prempeh led her team to organize counselling section for Adentia M/A JHS pupils in Sunyani West in the Bono Region, on December 17, 2025.

The counselling session focused on education, hygiene, good moral practices, and lifestyle, aiming to mentor students towards positive living.

Rev. Prempeh stated that the event seeks to equip the pupils against social vices like substance abuse, peer group influence, and teenage pregnancy, which can ruin their future.

 

As Sunyani West Municipal Health Director, she leads the Sprouting Hope Ministry, comprising medical professionals and clergy, to provide counselling services.

Rev. Esther Akua Kunadu Prempeh shares that her organization was born out of a vision to uplift and empower brokenhearted individuals, helping them regain acceptance in society.

With a mission to inspire hope, the Ministry champions a powerful campaign, reminding the disappointed individuals that there’s always a second chance at life.

Rev. Prempeh reveals to journalists that her team provides counselling services to couples, helping them overcome psychological trauma, as well as offering guidance to churches and organizations.

According to the founder the counselling session at Adentia M/A aims, among other things, to inculcate good moral values into the youth since it is an important prerogative if the children are to grow into responsible adults who will be useful to the nation.

Rev. Esther Akua Kunadu Prempeh counselled the pupils to avoid early sexual intercourse, warning that it can lead to sexually transmitted diseases or teenage pregnancy.

She encouraged them to focus on their education, be obedient to their parents, and seek guidance from elders.

Rev. Prempeh emphasized the importance of prioritizing spiritual growth, based on Christ-like teachings, to navigate life’s challenges.

Headmaster Stephen Ofori praised Sprouting Hope Ministry for the initiative, saying pupils gained valuable insights on positive living and resisting peer pressure.

He believes the advice from the founder and her members has the benefit of enabling the students to make informed choices as regards the courses that will lead them to their aspired future careers.
