Some Ghanaian cultural heritage must remain untouched – Nana Kota Ntiamoah

Nana Kota Ntiamoah, newly installed chief for Norway and Nkosuo Hene of Saaben Akrofrom , says some aspects of the Ashanti tradition and cultural heritage should be left untouched by modernisation.

“Even though culture is dynamic, some aspects of our culture should not be modernised for any gains,” he added.

Nana Kota Ntiamoah said this in an interview with Sompa TV and FM, on his visit to some Ghanaian community who have moved from Norway to Ghana with their family members to come and celebrate Christmas in Ghana and to also learn Asante tradition and culture .

He called on all Asante who have travelled from the asante land to another country to use asante language and culture to teach their children’s in their various homes so that they will know their rich culture.
