Don’t Pay Attention to Your Critics, Focus on the Developmental Projects You Are Doing for Essienimpong – Assembly Member, Unit Committee Members and Residents Beg Nana Kwaku Appiah Onwawani

The Assembly Member, Unit Committee members, and residents of Essienimpong have made a heartfelt appeal to the Chief of the community, Nana Kwaku Appiah Onwawani, urging him to disregard his critics and remain committed to the many developmental projects he is currently spearheading in the town.
Their call comes in response to recent criticisms from a section of residents, particularly on social media, questioning the chief’s leadership and the relevance of his projects. The Assembly Member for Essienimpong, Hon. Asiedu Michael, has dismissed these criticisms as unfounded and potentially damaging to the unity and progress of the community.

In an interview with the media, Hon. Asiedu Michael commended Nana Kwaku Appiah Onwawani for his unwavering dedication to the development of Essienimpong. He highlighted several ongoing initiatives by the chief, including the construction of an ultramodern community center, the establishment of a community park, the completion of a market facility, and the roofing of classroom blocks for local schools.

“These are visible and impactful projects that will improve the quality of life for everyone in Essienimpong. Instead of tearing each other down, we should be united in supporting these efforts. Development requires unity, not division,” Hon. Asiedu Michael stated.

On their part, some Unit Committee members and residents echoed the Assembly Member’s sentiments, urging the chief to stay focused on delivering his developmental vision for the community. They emphasized that his leadership has already brought significant progress and that allowing distractions from detractors would only slow down the pace of development.

They further appealed to those criticizing the chief to rather join hands in supporting him, stressing that the projects being undertaken will serve the benefit of both current and future generations in Essienimpong.

The united message from the Assembly Member, Unit Committee members, and residents is seen as a strong endorsement of Nana Kwaku Appiah Onwawani’s leadership, reaffirming their confidence in his commitment to driving Essienimpong’s growth through sustainable and impactful developmental projects.
