The leadership of the Apostolic church Ghana Oforikrom assembly, kumasi has presented a cheque of Ghc 5,000.00 and some valuable items to the children of Ashan Children Home at Denase in the Afigya Kwabre south district of Ashanti region.
The presentation was done after the church organized a dinner with the children at the church premises at Oforikrom.
The church moreover presented fiscal cash of money to some selected needy students in the church and widows.
The occasion was graced by the Area head pastor of the church, Pastor Isaac Kofi Hughes, Elder Sampson Kofi Wiredu, presiding elder and others includes Elder Osei Bonsu, Elder Samuel Ampomah Duah, Elder Thomas Adarkwah, Deacons and Deaconess.
The presiding elder of Oforikrom assembly, Elder Sampson Kofi Wiredu said that, the relationship between the church and the Ophanage home has being in existing over seventeen (17) years ago and will continue to support them since its Biblical obligation and directives.
The deputy director of Ashan Children Home, Madam Christiana Konadu who received the presentation on behalf of the home expressed gratitude to the leadership of the church for their continue support.
