Nuaso Chief and Assembly Member Call for Support to Complete Key Community Projects

The Chief of Nuaso, Nana Obiri Yeboah I, and the Assembly Member for Nuaso Electoral Area, Hon. Eric Asare, have made a passionate appeal for support to complete several stalled development projects in the community.

Speaking during a community engagement session, Nana Obiri Yeboah I highlighted the urgent need for essential infrastructure, including an ongoing toilet facility, a computer laboratory, classroom blocks, and a library. He stressed that Nuaso remains far behind in development and urged philanthropists, corporate organizations, and residents—both home and abroad—to contribute toward the completion of these projects.

Chief Calls for Community-Driven Development

Nana Obiri Yeboah I emphasized that Nuaso’s development cannot be left solely to the government, urging residents and stakeholders to take an active role in addressing the challenges facing the town.

“Development is a shared responsibility. We must come together and contribute in any way we can to move Nuaso forward,” he said.

Assembly Member Highlights Key Challenges

Adding to the chief’s concerns, Hon. Eric Asare lamented the poor state of roads, the unfinished 20-seater toilet facility, and the lack of adequate support for school projects.

“We cannot wait for the government to fix everything. Our roads are deteriorating, our children lack proper learning facilities, and sanitation remains a major issue. That’s why we are calling on all stakeholders to support Nuaso’s development,” Hon. Asare stated.

He urged residents to come together and contribute their quota, emphasizing that community-led initiatives are essential for sustainable development.

Residents Express Gratitude and Hope

Some community members expressed their appreciation to Nana Obiri Yeboah I and Hon. Eric Asare for their dedication to the town’s progress. They acknowledged the need for collective action and pledged their support to ensure the successful completion of these projects.

The call for external assistance remains crucial, and leaders in Nuaso hope to rally enough support to transform the community and improve the quality of life for its people.
