The Member of Parliament for the New Edubiase Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Abdul Salam Adams, has commissioned an ultra-modern three-unit classroom block at Ayaa Mankata, a farming community within the constituency. The newly commissioned facility, fully furnished with chairs and other auxiliary amenities, is aimed at enhancing the quality of education in the area.

He revealed that the project was financed with GH₵500,000 from his share of the MP’s Common Fund, noting that although his total allocation for the four-year term was just GH₵12,000, he prioritized this significant investment to uplift the education sector.
“This is not the only project we are working on. In the coming days, we will be commissioning more projects that will benefit the people of New Edubiase,” Hon. Salam said. He highlighted several upcoming projects, including the commissioning of a CHPS compound at Adansi Wuruyie, a durbar ground at Atwereboana, another CHPS compound at Aquah Atwereboana, and the construction of 40 boreholes across various communities in the constituency.
Hon. Abdul Salam Adams assured the people of New Edubiase of his continuous commitment to development. He urged the constituents to give him their support for a second term in office, stressing that his leadership, along with John Dramani Mahama as President, would bring even more development to the area.
“I will remain truthful and accountable to you, the good people of New Edubiase. I ask for your vote once again so we can continue to bring progress to this constituency,” he added.
