In today’s article, I will enlighten you on how to mix cloves with ginger and some other ingredients to prevent the body from many diseases such as cough.

1 full Ginger, cloves, 1 lemon, pure honey
Peel off the ginger and grate it.
Wash the lemon thoroughly and cut the lemon into slices. Take the slices in a bowl.
Take the grated ginger in a saucepan.
Add the lemon slices
Add about 1 tablespoon of cloves and pour 1 glass of water into it.
Now boil the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture after boiling is done.
Add a spoon of pure honey and mix it well.
Drink a cup in the morning half-hour before breakfast. To get an effective result, continue to drink this for 30 days and you will notice the difference especially in the stomach area.
You can also prepare a quantity for 3 days and store it in the refrigerator.
