Michael Awuku Amoah’s retention as MCE will be for the betterment of Atwima

It is with great pleasure and conviction that I wish to call upon the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo to kindly retain Hon. Michael Awuku Amoah as the MCE of Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipality.

Hon. Awuku’s loyalty to the NPP is unflinching and unquestionable.During the era of President Kufour, he was head of the National Youth Employment program which created jobs for many of our theming youth.

He rose through to serve the party as the Constituency Youth Organizer and later on as a Constituency Secretary before his appointment as MCE in 2017.

When he took over the position of the MCE, he struck a humble cord with the MP for the Constituency together with him great success were chalked to the glory of Atwima. Some of these successes include but not limited to: the completion of the Abuakwa Police Station, ongoing construction of a day Senior High School in Abuakwa, construction of a lorry park at Nkawie, construction of Police Station at Sepaase and Agogo and many more.

As MCE, he reached out to people living with disabilities by creating source of livelihood for them. This was done through the distribution of sowing machines, fridges, ovens and cash amounts to aid them start businesses on their own.

He is down to earth, affable and always ready to serve his people. It is therefore not surprising that he has the support of the all Assembly Menbers,Constituency Executives,Coordinators,Polling Station Executives, the youth wing and all those who wish to see Atwima on the path of development.
