How to make light soup the Ghanaian way.

4 pieces tomato

tomato paste

pepper powder


spices (garlic, ginger, seasoning)


garden eggs

dry fish

cow meat




Wash and clean your fish and meat completely in a bowl of water. Eliminate bones assuming any

Wash pepper garlic, onion and ginger and mix together.

Season with garlic, ginger, pepper and onion blend. Add a moderate measure of salt to taste.

Marinate for around 30 minutes.

Steam under medium hotness for around 8 minutes. Take out the fish from the stock to keep it from dissolving.

Strip and wash onions, tomatoes and peppers. Add to the stock and add fill 2/3 of the cooking pot or pan with water.

Bubble under medium hotness until the vegetables (onion, pepper and tomatoes) are delicate.

Eliminate the vegetables, mix until smooth and sulk it back into the pan.

Add a beneficial measure of water.

Add the fish and little measure of salt to taste. Stew over medium hotness for around 10 minutes.

Your light soup is prepared
