Abdul Razak Musah, the presiding judge, granted them GH80,000 bail with five sureties apiece.
Two of the suspects are 17 years old, while the third is a 19-year-old named Kwadwo Osei Asubonteng.
The three suspects, all final-year students, were claimed to have booked a taxi from the Santasi roundabout area around 11 p.m. on Friday to take them home.
When they arrived to the Golden Tulip (Rattray Park) location halfway through the ride, they pulled out knives and forced the driver to relinquish the vehicle.
The driver fought with them, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and crash into a tree near the Vienna City Night Club.

The loud noise from the accident drew a lot of people from the pub, who presumably raced out to help those in the vehicle.
When they got closer, the driver yelled, “armed robbers, armed robbers,” forcing one of the students to flee while the other two were apprehended.
The eldest brother, Kwadwo Osei Asubonteng, is alleged to have fled the scene.
