Minister for Education Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has called on the people of Bosomtwe to remain steadfast in their support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Speaking at a fundraising event in Jachie Pramso, Dr. Adutwum emphasized that the party has substantial contributions to make towards Ghana’s development and urged the community to keep faith in its vision.
Dr. Adutwum, who hails from Pramso, addressed the gathering while they were raising funds for the renovation of their 30-year-old community center. He highlighted his personal connection to the community, stating, “I was raised in this very area, and it is time for Pramso to show its support for the NPP. Just one day of your support can help the party continue its crucial developmental work across Ghana.”
The event was attended by key local figures, including Assembly Member for the Pramso electoral area, Mr. Frank Owusu Sekyere. Mr. Sekyere made a heartfelt appeal to the residents, urging them to support the NPP and contribute to the community’s development.
Nana Osei Antwi Boasiako, the Otumfuo Soodo Hene, also graced the occasion. He echoed Dr. Adutwum’s sentiments, emphasizing the need for chiefs and community leaders to embrace and support developmental initiatives. Nana Boasiako, who also has roots in Pramso, called for unity and active participation in the ongoing efforts to improve local infrastructure.
The fundraising event highlighted the community’s commitment to enhancing their local amenities and underscored the vital role of political and communal support in driving national progress.
