Evil and crime, Dr. Kingsley Nyarko continued, can only dwell under the cover of darkness, so in his bid to support and consolidate the efforts and gains of the MCE in the area of security is the reason why he is allotting ten (10) Led street lights to each of the assembly members of the respective fifteen (15) electoral areas in the Municipality. “With our continuous cooperation and coordination with regards to activities geared toward curbing crime, and fostering development in other sectors of the Municipality, it would propel a swifter advancement of the Municipality”, he concluded.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the assembly members, Hon. Richmond Agyenim Boateng expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Kingsley Nyarko for the donation and dedication toward the security of the Municipality. “One of the greatest challenges of the Assembly members has been inadequate lightening system in their respective electoral areas, so your donation will bring tremendous relief to them, and in addition, go a long way to diminish the spate of crime in their respective electoral areas”, he added.
The ceremony had in attendance all the members of the assembly.
