Don’t let ‘bleaching’ Dag Heward Mills’ apology ‘fool’ you, close his Kumasi branches – Top NDC man tells Otumfour

Former presidential staffer and member of the NDC Communications Team, P.V Jantuah Dadson Boateng is calling for the closure of all branches of churches and businesses owned by founder and leader of the Lighthouse Chapel International (LCI), Bishop Dag Heward-Mills for insulting the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

In a viral video, the renowned global Evangelist questioned the impact and legacy of Asantehene beyond the yearly celebrations of his reign.

His comments did not sit well with the King’s subjects and some persons who have threatened to attack LCI branches in Kumasi, the seat of the Asantehene.

Though Bishop Dag Heward-Mills has apologized to the Asantehene explaining that the offensive sermon was preached 20 years ago, Mr. P.V. Juantuah Boateng Dadson speaking on Kumasi-based Pure FM Morning Drive hosted by Kwame Adinkrah monitored by MyNewsGh.com said Bishop Dag Heward-Mills apology should never be accepted.

According to Mr. P V Jantuah, the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has played a major role towards the development of Ghana which needs to be recommended.

“We will not allow people to insult our King Otumfuo Osei Tutu II because we value him and accord him so much respect. Bishop Dag Heward-Mills will see no peace in Ashanti Region for insulting Otumfuo Osei Tutu II” PV Jantuah said.

“Kwame, Is Bishop Dag Heward-Mills a white man or he is bleaching? His churches and businesses will be closed down because he can’t insult Asantehene and still operate business and churches in Ashanti Region. We will surely go after him, his churches and businesses”. He threatened

P V Jantuah added that “Bishop Dag Heward-Mills apology letter to Manhyia Palace, Asanteman and Otumfuo does not make sense because we knew the achievements of Otumfuo so he is not the person to showcase Otumfuo Osei Tutu II”
