Konlaabig Rasheed Is The Best To Lead The Bono Region

A Regional Communication Team Member of the NPP in the Bono Region, Kwaku Twumasi has thrown his weight behind Konlaabig Rasheed to become the next Chairman of the party in the region.

According to Kwaku Twumasi, the leadership exhibited by Rasheed, he can equally lead the party as the Chairman of the party in the Bono Region.

Speaking on a Sunyani-based Service Radio Morning Show, ‘Service In The Morning’ Kwaku Twumasi noted that Rasheed is someone that can be trusted to lead the region to reclaim the lost seats in the region.

He noted that he was once in the camp of Kwame Baffoe Abronye and campaigned for him to become the first Vice Chairman for the party in the then Brong Ahafo Region.

“If the Rasheed is voted for, I can tell you on authority we can reclaim all the five seats we lost in the 2020 elections and even win that of Banda which is in the hands of the NDC. He has what it takes to lead the party in the region. I no longer support Abronye because of his leadership style. Even when the region was splitted into three, I still supported Abronye to become the Chairman for the Bono Region but this time around I think Rasheed is the best man to lead the party.”

Mr. Twumasi added that whilst the party was in opposition, Rasheed donated motorbikes and laptops to all the 29 constituencies in the then Brong Ahafo Region.

“Rasheed has contributed to the party while we were in opposition in 2015, he donated motorbikes, laptops among others to the party. In the run-up to the 2020 elections, he still donated motorbikes to all the 12 constituencies.”

Kwaku Twumasi called on all the executives in the 12 constituencies in the region to rally behind Rasheed to lead the party.
