MP FOR BOSOME FREHO DONATE ITEMS WORTH THOUSANDS OF GHANA CEDIS TO TWO ZONAL COUNCILS.

 

700 bags of cement and 25 packets of roofing sheet were donated to communities in Susu Freho and Nsuta Zonal councils by the Member of Parliament for the area Hon. Akwasi Darko Boateng popularly known and called ADB in short on Thursday 20th January, 2022 at Freso and Nsuta.

According to the MP, the purpose of this donation was to enable the communities renovate their dilapidated school structures.

He said the donation came as a result of a formal request by these communities during his thank you tour in the constituency after the 2020 general elections.

Hon. Akwasi Darko
Boateng indicated that, the constituent gave him mandate to be the MP and therefore will ensure the very best of education in a most conducive and a well decorated atmosphere to improve the level of performance in the district.

Despite my many commitments to the education sector, I will not relent on my efforts but pursue further to lend a helping hand to the citizenry as and when the need arises. He stated.

Some of the beneficiary communities include, Keteke, Nsuta, Anomawobi, Yawbiri, and Huntaado in the Nsuta Zone with Besease, Nsueam II, Abosamso, Asamama, Minti, Nsutem and Anhwiaso all in Susu Freho Zone.

The MP also took time to visit some on – going educational infrastructure site for a first hand information on such project.

Speaking to Angel Fm’s Kwame Amponsah, he emphasised on the need of such donation and how it will relieve him from incurring another cost for putting up a new structure.

The assembly member for Korchikrom electoral area Hon. Osei Clement receiving the items thanked the MP for his kind gestures and employ the constituent to rally behind him for more development.
