We Are Angry Because The Invigilators Didn’t Want Us To Copy- Angry Bawku Students Speak

Students from Bawku Technical Institute have demonstrated against invigilators of their school. They have demonstrated and have causes damage to some properties in the school. This has therefore led to a short term closure of the school.
When the students were interviewed on why they demonstrated, they stated that the invigilators didn’t give them the opportunity to copy from one another. According to one student who spoke to A1radio, she stated that the invigilators didn’t want them to eveb use calculator even in the maths exams.

She added that the invigilators were on them like they have committed some crime and that is why they are angry and demonstrating.

Ghanaians have expressed their disappointment in what the students have done. Many people have accused Ghana Education Service for being the reason being the recent students riot since they cancelled caning of students in schools.
