The best practice to fight against malaria infection is clean environment

The director of pharmacy of Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Dr Abena Nyarko Barnieh has revealed that, the best practice to fight against malaria infection in the country is to ensure clean environment not only with the intake of malaria drugs.

She said until individual citizens change from attitude of undiscriminating of filthy into gutters malaria will continue to course major effect in the life of many others.

Dr Abena Nyarko Barnieh was speaking to Newsmen when the management of Bliss GVS pharma presented malaria drugs worthy Ghc 45, 000.00 to Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and Manhyia Government hospital respectfully to help fight malaria paracite in the country.

Explaining the motive behind the presentation,the medical representative of Bliss GVS pharma, David Kofi Boakye Abubekr maintained the need to support the government to help reduce the malaria burden in Ghana and Africa as a whole.
