Ghanaian comedian, Baba Spirit, has been laid to rest today, Saturday, November 19th 2022, after sadly passing away in September.
The funeral for Baba Spirit was held at the National Police training school, Tesano in Accra.
It was a sad event for the comedian with some industry colleagues in attendance.
Family and friends shed inconsolable tears at the funeral.
Later, colleagues Big Akwes and Bediide helped carry his mortal remains to the cemetery for interment.
Baba Spirit died Thursday, September 8th, 2022, while on admission at Kotoku Hospital.
Prior to his death, Spirit battled a serious health condition for over a year.
He claimed he was spiritually attacked by colleagues in the industry.
“I will tell all those who planned on killing me to go to a higher level because it didn’t work. We will all die someday…this is why I was away for over a year. I died and was resurrected. They killed Baba Spirit,” he said.
