The Tamale South Constituency today Saturday, June 22, 2024, unveils the Constituency Campaign Team with the various Campaign committees ahead of the crucial December 7 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
The Regional Representative, Mr. Abubakari Iddrisu (Aloma) took the opportunity to unveil various Campaign Team committees through intensive orientation by spelling out the roles and the tasks for members ahead of the crucial Elections.
Importantly, the former Parliamentary Candidate aspirants, former Constituency Chairman, former Constituency treasurer, former Constituency organizer, former Constituency women’s Organizer, Council of Elders, Patrons, polling station executives, and Party faithful were present for the unveiling and orientation of the campaign Team and the various Campaign Team committees.
In addition, the Parliamentary candidate Alhaji Fuseini Musah, the Constituency Executive Committee members, Electoral Area Coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders were part of today’s mammoth Constituency campaign Team orientation.
The First Vice Chairman, Alhaji Osman who represented the Chairman currently in Mecca gave an opening address and encouraged all Party faithful to embrace unity and togetherness for an emphatic victory ahead.
Note, Alhaji Baba Alhassan, Mr. Mohammed Soawii, and Honourable Ibrahim Baba all spoke highly of the urgency and the need for unity, and harmony by deploying the appropriate strategies to bring all on board for a united front towards snatching the seat for NPP.
The workaholic Parliamentary candidate, Alhaji Fuseini Musah also underscores the important need for members from far and near to forgive one another and work tirelessly in unison for the major goal ahead of winning both Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
Instructively, the various Campaign Team committees unveiled include the Operations committee, communication committee, Fundraising committee, Outreach committee, IT committee, and Research committee respectively.
The Regional representative took members from the various Campaign committees through an oath as members tasked to work for the Party in the Constituency. He acknowledged the importance of unity and working effectively as a team with the laid down procedures through proactiveness and clear direction.
The Former Constituency Chairman, Alhaji Hashim added his voice by encouraging the Party faithful not to give up but continue to work for the Party to remain in power for more opportunities to come.
In conclusion, a representative for Electoral Area Coordinators and polling station executives were also given the chance to express their concerns, especially about the best way forward for the Constituency to ensure victory for Alhaji Fuseini Musah and H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
The Electoral Area Campaign Teams will also be inaugurated in the coming days to fast-track the whole campaign Team structures in the Constituency for elections 2024.
