“These smart TVs will help improve the children’s learning skills. With our curriculum focusing more on digital content, especially YouTube, this intervention will help them pick up lessons faster,” he said.
He further urged the headteachers and school authorities to ensure that the devices are used strictly for educational purposes and maintained properly so they can serve the pupils for many years.

According to him, this initiative is one of several educational interventions he has embarked on in recent years to raise the standard of education in Takorasi, adding that investing in children today means securing the future of the community.
Appreciation from Schools and Community
The headteachers of the beneficiary schools, who received the televisions on behalf of their institutions, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Bonsu for his benevolence. They noted that the Smart TVs would transform classroom instruction by making lessons more engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

One headteacher remarked, “This donation is a dream come true. It will help us teach more effectively and also capture the attention of our little ones, who are always excited about visuals and interactive learning.”
Parents and community members present also commended the Assembly Member for his foresight and commitment to education, describing the gesture as timely and impactful. Many emphasized that the integration of digital tools into the classroom would bridge the gap between rural learners and their counterparts in more advanced schools.
Building a Legacy of Educational Support
Hon. Dominic Bonsu’s latest gesture adds to his growing record of community development initiatives, particularly in the area of education. His contributions have consistently focused on empowering young learners and ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has access to quality education.
