Ghana’s Fix the country campaign demonstration begins today 4 August 2021 as the campaigners are set to register their displeasure on economic and social challenges in the country.
This campaign started when the Ghana Cedis depreciated and hits its all times low this year as 1$ became an equivalent to Ghc6 making the conveners to call on authorities to fix it.
Speaking on the matter, 72 year old woman Akosua Yeboah cries bitterly at the fix the country campaign demonstration.
According to the woman, she decided to join the protest because of the unbearable hardship in the country.
“I am very sad that country has lost its value because of this sitting President, the system is very hard and even we can’t offer something on the table for our children to survive”. The woman said
She also registered her displeasure, call on the government to fastening their seat belt, put things on their toes and make the country a better one for everyone.
