Popular Kumawood actor, Prince Yawson, known in the movie industry as ‘Waakye’ has been reported dead.
According to his colleague Actor, Ekow Blankson, ‘Waakye’ kicked the bucket this evening after suffering a mild stroke.
He was rushed to the 37 Milliary Hospital on August 1, 2022 had no bed to sleep on, according to Ekow Blankson.
He later succeeded getting a bed through an assistance from a friend from “Obra fame” who works at the hospital.
Sadly, he passed on at 4pm this evening.
“Waakye’ was ordained as a minister of God in 2021. He died at the age of 52.
