Political Parties urged to refrain from being involved in dispute.
The United Nations Peace Ambassador, His Royal Majesty Ambassador Nana Sultan Adamu Mohammed, has urged political party leaders to urge their followers to refrain from any disputes.

Speaking at the United Nations Peace Ambassador foundation national conference,the president urged leaders to serve their communities diligently, avoiding any form of conflict and instead promote peace at all times.

His Royal Majesty Ambassador Nana Sultan Adamu Mohammed reminded Ghanaians that the government has placed responsibility for community peace in the hands of Chiefs, and therefore it is essential for citizens to honour the arrangement and work to sustain peace.

“Government has entrusted traditional leaders the authority to maintain peace in their various communities and therefore it is prudent for the citizens abide by rules set by their traditional leaders to sustain the peace we are enjoying as a country”.
