PHOTOS: Tears flow as school children and driver who died in a fatal accident laid to rest

Five school children ages between 4 and 12 years have been laid to rest today at Adrobaa in the Tano North Municipal of the Ahafo Region.

The five (5) children died last week in a fatal accident when their school bus somersaulted on the Adrobaa – Terchire road.

The mass funeral which was attended by chiefs, parents, students and the Member of Parliament for the Area, Hon. Freda Prempeh was held at Adrobaa this morning.

The whole Adrobaa community was thrown into mourning, sorrow with eyes of people filled with tears amidst wailing and Lamentations when the remains of the children were brought to the funeral ground.

One of the remains was however taken to the family home by the families to perform its final funeral rites.

It may be recalled that, last week Friday, a school bus conveying students from Terchire to Adrobaa in the Ahafo Region somersaulted killing 5 children on the spot including the driver of the bus.

The names of the deceased includes: Tutu Enoch 4 years, Okyere Bernard 8 years, Russell Ameyaw 4 years, Agyeiwaa Twumasi Ruby 12 years and Ngyemaa Zyana 6 years
