OUR SHORTEST YEARS TO BE SPEND IN OPPOSITION WILL BE 12 YEARS-KYEI MENSAH BONSU TELLS NPP

The majority leader of parliament of the Republic of Ghana who double as member of parliament for Suame constituency, Hon Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu has underscores the need for the members of the new patriotic party to be united to help them maintain power after 2024.

He said, if the members of party continue with backbiting attitude against individuals and they lost power to NDC comes 2024 then they should be luck enough to get it back not less than 12 years in opposition.

Hon Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu was responding to some allegations levels against him of trying to give his Barton as MP to his wife which affected his and president Akuffo Addo votes during 2020 general election.

This was said during annual delegates conference of Suame constituency.

Maintaining some of the key measures already putting up by npp government that will help and motivate ndc to spend more years in government, he said the establishment of petroleum Hub in Ghana to be supported by Dubai government which will create major employment at Aviation Hub is one of the factors.

He said, the Iron and steel company to be established and Toyota and Sino track companies to start producing of vehicles next year and many other measures which he thinks will help position the country to the growth of Gross Domestic Production (GDP).
