OLLENU RETAINED, AS HE CLOCKED 100% FROM ASSEMBLY MEMBERS.

 

The District Chief Executive of Amansie West District Hon. Nii Lartey Ollenu has given another opportunity by the Assembly Members of Amansie West District to continue his job as the District Chief Executive of Amansie West District.

 

Out of 37 assembly members including the government appointees were able to give him hundred percent total confirmation.
The colourful ceremony which took off at Amansie West District Assembly common hall in Manso Nkwant where former Member of parliament and traditional rulers including the staff of the assembly.


Speaking to the media after the colourful event, Hon. Nii Lartey Ollenu thanks the assembly members for renewing his mandate for another four years,I’m also using this medium to thank the president of republic of Ghana His.Excellence Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo for my reappointment” he said.”

He said the hundred percent endorsement fgiven to him by his assembly members is a clear indications that he is on cause to make Manso great and developed.


He therefore out line some of the developmental projects been executed by his administration, stressing that the assembly is putting up an ultra molden edifice called Nana Bi Kusi Appiah ll complex with 52 offices and that will create offices for GRA,SIC, Education Directorate,Agric Directorate and Stool and Division, He indicated that security is very essential in development of every community which he said the assembly has put up measures to construct divisional police headquarters in the district including agenda 111 which will allow the assembly to benefit from an ultra modern district hospital and this will pave way for the district to have nursing training college.


He said a lot has been done under his leadership in providing clean water for numerous communities in the district such us provision of mechanise bohole pipes for other households.
Hon. Nii Lartey Ollenu added that he is so poised to do all what he can to make Manso one of the greatest district in Ghana in terms of development, adding that the ruling New Patriotic Party is keen to it’s slogan agenda breaking the eight which he assured the party that he will do all what he can for the good people of Amansie West District in order to make agenda breaking the eight achievable in the district.

Healso appealed to the media to support him as he begins his next administration.
The Member of Parliament at Manso Nkwanta Constituency Hon. Obeng Takyi also emblazoned the assembly members for such a musive endorsement. He opined that the hundred percent endorsement from the assembly members symbolize the kind of unity and coherent on the part of the assembly members to make Manso great and developed.

He therefore called on all the people of Amansie West District to support the new administration.


In conclusion the Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party Mr Denis Kwakwa who represents the Ashanti Regional Minister at the confirmation also expressed his gratitude for the hon. Assembly Members. He said president Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo is in hurry to make Ghana great and to make this achievable the local assemblies have the major role to play.

He said the hundred percent endorsement by the assembly members is a victory to the president and and the entire region.
