OFORIKROM APOSTOLIC CHURCH GHANA HAS SUPPORTS ASHAN CHILDREN HOME..


Presentation by Elder Sampson Kofi Wiredu




The Leadership of the Apostolic church Ghana, Oforikrom Assembly in Kumasi, have strengthen their sweet relationship between the management and children of Ashan children home at Denase in the Afigya Kwabre south district of Ashati region which was established eight years ago.









The leadership of the church used the opportunity of the government directives on lockdown protocol to presented a cheque of Ghc 4,000.00 to the management of the home to help them support their activities during this COVID-19 pandemic period.

The presiding elder of the church who led the delegation of the church during the presentation, elder Sampson Kofi Wiredu told newsmen an interview that, the church will continue to give a helping hands to the vulnerable among them as Jesus Christ charged them to do so.

The chief executive officer of the home who received the cheque on behalf of the center who double as Otumfuo Atenehe, Nana Boafuo Konadu Yiadom expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the leadership of the church and the members for their continue support always given to them.

Moreover, the church also presented food items such as rices, cooking oils and sardines to all members as means of given support to them during this lockdown period.









The presiding elder however said that, the leadership of the church adopted a measure of presenting the food items to the members at their various homes in other to prevent over crowded while converging the people in one location which has yielded positive results to the exercise.









Elder Sampson Kofi Wiredu was flanked by elder Thomas Adarkwa, elder Samuel Ampomah Duah, Deacon Moses Addy, Deaconess Agnes Opoku Agyemang, Deaconess Joyce Opoku Agyemang, Deaconess Eunice Nuamah and sister Dora Apeamenyo.
