Ahead of the upcoming elections in 2024, all political party members who deem it fit to contest for the president slot have laced up their boot in the flagbearership elections.
From the camp of the National Patriotic Party, rumors have surfaced that the Former president, John Agyekum Kufuor has endorsed the Vice President heavily to give him an upper hand over his opponents in the race.
Some hours ago, Former president, John Agyekum Kufuor has dismissed all the reports from the media stating that he has endorsed the Vice President. This rumour was said to evolve from the close time the former president had with current Vice President at the Peduase lodge on the fathers’s day celebration. They shared ideas but nothing political conspired between them he concluded in a press release from his office earlier today.
He indicated that he has a good relationship with all the names that have come up ahead of the contest and he only wants the process to be “fair” and “un-engineered”.
As these aspirants face bombardments by their own party members, they are equally finding ways to impress the general public on why to choose them when the time comes.
