According to him, bridging these gaps requires deliberate and coordinated interventions backed by strong collaboration among all stakeholders. He assured residents that his administration remains focused on implementing strategic and transformational projects that will improve livelihoods and stimulate economic activities across the district.

Highlighting ongoing and planned initiatives, Hon. Abubakari Sadiq announced that preparations are underway for the sod-cutting ceremony for the construction of a 24-hour market complex. He explained that the project is expected to enhance commercial activities, create employment opportunities for the youth and boost the local economy.

The DCE further emphasized his open-door policy, encouraging residents, chiefs, opinion leaders and development partners to freely share ideas and proposals that would contribute to the growth of the district. He called for unity and collective support, noting that sustainable development can only be achieved through teamwork and shared responsibility.

“I am committed to doing everything possible to bring development closer to the people, and I assure you that every community matters in this development agenda,” he stated.

Meanwhile, the Vice Chairman of the constituency, Hon. David Mawuli, urged the youth to remain hopeful despite prevailing economic challenges. He encouraged them to maintain confidence in the government, assuring that plans are underway to create employment opportunities for the youth in the near future.
