The newly appointed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Kwabre East, [Insert Full Name], has officially assumed office, pledging to usher in a new era of inclusive and accountable leadership aimed at transforming the municipality into a development model within the Ashanti Region.
His assumption of office took place on Monday, May 19, 2025, at the Kwabre East Municipal Assembly, where he was warmly welcomed by the Municipal Coordinating Director and staff of the Assembly. He stressed that his administration would be based on transparency, accessibility, and partnership. “I will operate an open-door policy to encourage feedback, innovation, and collaboration across all departments and among stakeholders,” he added.
The MCE further stated that he would work closely with traditional authorities, Assembly Members, and community leaders to ensure that development projects are both relevant and sustainable. He also pledged to pay critical attention to infrastructure, education, sanitation, and job creation.
“With the help of God, and the support of our chiefs, Assembly staff, and the people of Kwabre East, we will transform this municipality into a beacon of excellence in local governance,” he assured.
The Coordinating Director commended the new MCE for his proactive approach and reiterated the commitment of staff to offer their full cooperation to achieve the Assembly’s development agenda.
