Madam Grace Agyemang-Asamoah, the parliamentary candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Atwima Kwanwoma constituency, has filed her nomination to contest the upcoming parliamentary election.
Speaking to newsmen after filing her nomination, Madam Agyemang-Asamoah highlighted her commitment to changing the destiny of Atwima Kwanwoma constituency. She promised to prioritize the construction of motorable road networks, which she believes will facilitate economic growth and improve the living standards of the people in the constituency.
Madam Agyemang-Asamoah also unveiled her plans to initiate a project dubbed “Obaatanpa Care”, aimed at creating an enabling environment for all residents in the constituency. The project, she explained, will focus on providing support for vulnerable groups, including the elderly, women, and children.
“I am committed to changing the destiny of Atwima Kwanwoma constituency,” Madam Agyemang-Asamoah said. “I believe that with the right leadership and vision, we can transform our constituency into a thriving economic hub. My ‘Obaatanpa Care’ project will ensure that no one is left behind in our quest for development.”
Madam Agyemang-Asamoah, popularly known as Obaatanpa, is a renowned philanthropist and community leader. Her nomination has been welcomed by the people of Atwima Kwanwoma constituency, who see her as a breath of fresh air in the political landscape.
The NDC parliamentary candidate is expected to face stiff competition from the ruling party’s candidate in the upcoming election. However, Madam Agyemang-Asamoah is confident that her message of hope and transformation will resonate with the people of Atwima Kwanwoma constituency.
