The New Patriotic Party National Youth Organizer, Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye has cut sod for the construction of proposed 29 bed children’s Ward and O.P.D clinic to enhance quality healthcare delivery at Tafo government Hospital in Kumasi.
As part of His celebration of his 40th Birthday celebration of goodness of God .
Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye said the facility will help to Ease the congestion of the at the Tafo government Hospital especially the children’s Ward.
Speaking to media in an interview, he said he is expecting the project to be completed within 6months.
On his part the medical suprietendent of Tafo government Hospital, Dr Kwame Agyemang said the spacious capacity at the Hospital is one of their major challenge at the Hospital
The population of patients attending the facility is increasing everyday but lack of space to admits patient at the hospital is inadequate which has lead to congestion at the hospital.
He seized the opportunity to appealed to government to come to their aid to complete the abandoned maternity ward projects started by the president Kuffour’s regime.
He thanked Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye for his kind gesture.
