Nahinso Aduana Royal Family Head Returns Home After Two Months in Hiding

The Head of the Nahinso Aduana Royal Family, Opanin Yaw Obiri Kyei, has safely returned home after going missing for two months. His reappearance comes just hours after his family held a press conference demanding answers about his whereabouts and accusing Nana Addo Boaman, the chief, of being complicit in his disappearance.

A Mysterious Disappearance

According to family sources, Opanin Yaw Obiri Kyei vanished following a heated dispute with Nana Addo Boaman. Witnesses claimed that on the night of his disappearance, the chief and his bodyguards visited his residence at Abuakwa Nerebehi. Since then, the family had not seen or heard from him, raising fears about his safety.

As concerns grew, the Nahinso Aduana Royal Family took the matter public, holding a press conference to demand justice and accountability. They called on law enforcement to investigate the circumstances surrounding the elder’s disappearance and urged the chief to disclose any information he had.

His Sudden Return

Shortly after the family’s public appeal, Opanin Yaw Obiri Kyei unexpectedly returned home. Details about where he had been during his disappearance remain unclear, but his family believes he was forced into hiding due to threats against his life.

Speaking after his return, family spokesperson Wofa Atta Frimpong expressed relief but insisted that the matter must not be ignored.

“We are grateful that our family head has returned safely, but this does not erase the fact that he was missing for two months. We still demand answers and accountability from those responsible for his disappearance,” Frimpong stated.

Family members Reactions and Next Steps

Residents of Nahinso and surrounding areas have reacted with a mix of relief and curiosity, with many questioning what really happened to Opanin Yaw Obiri Kyei. His family has vowed to pursue legal action to uncover the truth and ensure such an incident does not happen again.

Despite his safe return, they are urging the police to investigate thoroughly, ensuring justice and accountability prevail.
