MTN Ghana has officially unveiled Business Eye, a smart enterprise surveillance solution designed to help businesses enhance security, monitor operations, and maintain uninterrupted oversight of their assets at all times.
The innovative solution is tailored to meet the needs of a wide range of business environments, including retail shops, restaurants, fuel stations, warehouses, offices, and other commercial facilities. Business Eye is available in both SIM-enabled and WiFi-enabled models, offering flexibility to enterprises regardless of location or connectivity challenges.
Business Eye provides round-the-clock remote monitoring supported by real-time alerts that enable business owners and managers to respond swiftly to security incidents or operational concerns. The system features secure cloud storage complemented by local SD-card backup, ensuring that critical footage is safely preserved. To address power reliability challenges, the solution also supports solar-powered operation, allowing continuous surveillance even during power outages. Additionally, the inclusion of two-way audio enables immediate communication and real-time observation when required.

To promote accessibility and ease of adoption, MTN Ghana has introduced dedicated Internet of Things (IoT) bundle packages specifically designed for Business Eye users. Customers interested in the solution can subscribe by dialing *5060# or acquire the devices at MTN retail shops, authorised dealers, and through the MTN Ghana business solutions online portal.
