The Manso Adubia constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has launched a vibrant electoral area soccer competition as part of its campaign strategy leading up to the December general elections. The event aims to foster community spirit and engage constituents in a series of local football matches.
The soccer competition, which kicked off features teams from various electoral areas within the constituency. The matches are being held at local sports grounds, with enthusiastic support from residents and party members. The tournament has drawn widespread participation, highlighting the NDC’s commitment to grassroots engagement and community involvement.
According to organizers, the competition is designed not only to promote physical activity and unity among residents but also to energize the electorate ahead of the upcoming elections. Speaking at the launch of the tournament, Addai Joseph , the constituency’s Youth organizer, emphasized the significance of the event in rallying support and energizing the voter base. “This soccer competition is more than just a series of matches. It’s an opportunity to bring people together, foster a sense of camaraderie, and discuss the important issues facing our constituency,” he said.
The tournament has been well-received, with local teams competing fiercely for the top spot. The matches are accompanied by various community events, including health talks and voter education sessions, aimed at encouraging civic participation and informed voting.

Constituency executives who honoured the occasion were Youth organizer (Joseph Addai) Women organizer *Nana Agyeiwaa Kodie) Zongo Caucus Coordinator (Gideon Ayambila) and Communication officer (Bernard Ntiamoah)
As party their contributions to the gala they donated several packs of verna bottle drinking water,parks of assorted minerals and an undisclosed amount of fatty envelope on behalf of the constituency.
