Kwaku Kyei Ofori Donates Brand-New Air Conditioner to Twedie NIA Office to Enhance Public Service Delivery

Businessman and IT specialist Mr. Kwaku Kyei Ofori, popularly known as KKO, has once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to community development in the Atwima Kwanwoma District with a generous donation of a brand-new air conditioner to the National Identification Authority (NIA) office at Twedie. The donation, valued at thousands of Ghana cedis, is aimed at improving working conditions and boosting efficient public service delivery in the district.
The gesture follows Mr. Ofori’s observation that staff at the Twedie NIA Office have been struggling to operate under rising temperatures and inadequate ventilation—conditions that negatively affect productivity and the overall quality of service provided to residents seeking national identification services.
Mr. Kyei Ofori, a former New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary aspirant for the Atwima Kwanwoma Constituency, explained that the donation aligns with his broader vision to support government institutions and strengthen public service infrastructure across the district. He emphasized that national development is a collective effort, stressing that “government alone cannot do it all,” and encouraging corporate bodies, philanthropists, and natives of Atwima Kwanwoma to contribute to the growth of the community.
According to him, ensuring that public sector workers operate in a conducive and stress-free environment is essential to enhancing their efficiency and accelerating socio-economic progress in the district. He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that directly improve public service delivery and the well-being of residents.

Receiving the air conditioner on behalf of the NIA, the District Registration Officer, Mr. Prince Atta Frimpong, expressed profound gratitude for the timely support. He noted that the new air conditioner will significantly improve the working environment, especially during peak registration periods when staff work extended hours under demanding conditions. He further appealed to other benevolent individuals and organizations to assist the office with additional chairs, citing a persistent shortage during busy operational seasons.
The donation adds to Mr. Ofori’s growing list of developmental interventions within the district, reinforcing his reputation as a passionate advocate for local development and improved community services.

He was accompanied by Mr. Joseph Adu-Poku, former District NABCO Director for Atwima Kwanwoma, and Mr. Fred Kwadwo Yeboah, former NPP Constituency Youth Organizer, along with other supporters who joined him to present the item.
